GATE 3‐FIRESCOPE MEETING
If you are using GPS to find the studio, please enter the address of 3900 Lankershim
Blvd., Universal City, CA 91608. PLEASE NOTE: The address will bring you to Lankershim,
but you must enter through the correct gate. Gate 3 can be found on Lankershim &
Valley Heart Drive (Just south of the Lankershim/Cahuenga Split).
Upon approaching the guard gate (Gate # 3) please provide them with your name and
Driver’s License. A visitor’s pass will be issued to place on your dashboard and you will
be directed to park in Bldg. 2160. Then walk south on Gregory Peck Drive to the Lew
Wasserman Building (Building 1280). The entrance is on the South side of the building.
FROM SANTA MONICA:
405 FWY. NORTH TO THE 101 FWY. 101 SOUTH TO LANKERSHIM BLVD. EXIT. TURN RIGHT AND
GO TO THE CHEVRON STATION ON THE CORNER (WHICH IS LANKERSHIM). TURN RIGHT AND GO
UNDER BRIDGE. PROCEED ON LANKERSHIM BLVD. IMMEDIATELY AFTER CROSSING JAMES
STEWART AVE. MAKE A RIGHT ONTO GATE 3 WHICH IS MUDDY WATERS DRIVE.
FROM DOWNTOWN:
101 FWY. (HOLLYWOOD FWY.) NORTH TO LANKERSHIM BLVD. EXIT. TURN RIGHT AT BOTTOM
OF EXIT RAMP AND THEN RIGHT ON LANKERSHIM PROCEED ON LANKERSHIM BLVD.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER CROSSING JAMES STEWART AVE. MAKE A RIGHT ONTO GATE 3 WHICH IS
MUDDY WATERS DRIVE.
FROM THE NORTH:
118 FWY. EAST TO 5 FWY. SOUTH ON 5 FWY. TO 170 INTERCHANGE. 170 SOUTH TO 101 SOUTH
TO LANKERSHIM BLVD. EXIT. TURN RIGHT AND GO TO CHEVRON STATION ON CORNER (WHICH
IS LANKERSHIM). TURN RIGHT AND GO UNDER BRIDGE PROCEED ON LANKERSHIM BLVD.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER CROSSING JAMES STEWART AVE. MAKE A RIGHT ONTO GATE 3 WHICH IS
MUDDY WATERS DRIVE.
FROM PASADENA:
210/134 FWY. EAST TO CAHUENGA BLVD. EXIT. TURN LEFT AND GO APPROXIMATELY ONE MILE
TO WHERE CAHUENGA MERGES WITH LANKERSHIM. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE MERGE MAKE A
LEFT ON MUDDY WATERS DR. WHICH IS THE FIRST LEFT BEFORE JAMES STEWART AVE.
ONCE ON THE LOT:
ONCE YOU HAVE PARKED IN THE 2160 BUILDING, PLEASE NOTE WHICH FLOOR YOU PARKED ON.
TAKE THE ELEVATOR TO THE FIRST FLOOR AND EXIT THE BUILDING. TURN RIGHT AND TAKE
JAMES STEWART DRIVE TO GREGORY PECK (JAMES STEWART ENDS AT GATE 2). TURN LEFT AND
CROSS THE STREET AND HEAD SOUTH ALONG GREGORY PECK DRIVE. GREGORY PECK DRIVE
ENDS AT MAIN STREET. CROSS THE STREET AT MAIN AND ENTER THE 16 STORY BLACK TOWER.
THIS IS THE LEW R. WASSERMAN BUILDING (BUILDING 1280). TAKE THE ELEVATOR TO THE 15TH
FLOOR AND TURN RIGHT. TAKE THE STAIRS UP TO FLOOR 16. THE CONFERENCE ROOM WILL BE
ON YOUR RIGHT.
If Driving: Enter Studio
through Gate 3
Enter Building 1280 and take
the elevator to the 15th Floor.
Exit the elevator, turn right and
take the stairs to the 16th floor.
The conference room is on
your right.
You will be directed to park in
the 2160 Building. Take the
Elevator to the First Floor,
Exit the Building (turn right)
and follow the path indicated
by the red arrows.
If you are walking or taking
Public Transportation, go to
Gate 1 (Lankershim and Main
St.). Check in with the Security
Officer at the Pedestrian Gate
and provide your ID. Building
